Certified safety

Langh Ship is committed to taking the environment and people’s safety into consideration in all of its operations. Our vessels are modern and they have been built to the highest standards of safety. Our staff is highly competent and the crew on all our ships communicates in a common work language. We continuously aim to improve our working methods and operating principles, in line with both quality and environmental management systems.

Our entire staff’s commitment to those goals is reflected in the Sea Sunday Maritime Safety award they received in September 2005 for their efforts to improve operational safety, which, in turn, affects efficiency, cost-effectiveness and safety at sea.

Innovations

All our vessels are equipped with hybrid scrubbers. We are proud of the fact that also Connecting Europe Facility of the European Union has trusted the innovative technology and co-financed part of the scrubber project “Back from Black”. Read more of the CEF-Action “Back from Black” here.
