Langh Scrubber now from DeltaLangh

The scrubber, which was installed on Langh Ship’s m/s Laura in spring 2013, has been functioning perfectly already over one year. The exhaust gas is cleaned in line with the requirements of the upcoming regulations and the washing water is also cleaned. The performance of the water treatment is also unique as the water content of residual sludge is minimal.

In order to being able to offer the scrubber to other shipping companies also, the system has now been licensed to DeltaLangh, which is a Joint Venture company between Deltamarin Ltd and Oy Langh Tech Ab –a newly established company belonging to the Langh –companies.

Deltamarin has an over 20 year experience in ship design and project management. This cooperation ensures that DeltaLangh is able to offer competitive and innovative scrubbers.

The maritime industry has shown great interest towards the functioning scrubber and Langh Ship’s Commercial Manager Laura Langh-Lagerlöf is today talking at the Emission Control for Seagoing Ships -conference in Bremen about Langh Ship’s experience in design and installation of a scrubber.
